Pricing follows a graduated price model, whereby the final unit price decreases as soon as certain quantity thresholds are exceeded by the cumulative total order quantity of all participants.

Collective order process for customers

Phase 1: Binding pre-order
During the specified promotion period, you can place a binding pre-order for quantities of the item. You have the option of placing multiple orders – the system automatically records and adds up all order quantities. You can always see your current total reserved quantity in your item view and in the "My Account" area under "Pre-orders for print run determination".

Phase 2: Dynamic price display
Throughout the pre-order phase, you can follow the current price development live in the shop. The system shows in real time how the current price improves as collective orders come in. This gives you transparent insight into the quantity level achieved at any time and allows you to adjust your ordering strategy based on the dynamic price development.

Phase 3: Flexible price cycles
Through repeatable price cycles, we dynamically adjust the query to market demand. We continue this process as often as necessary until the optimal price level is reached. In each cycle, we transparently inform all participants about the current price development by email. This gives you the opportunity to adjust your order quantity when conditions improve and make the best use of your budget. The process is repeated until the best price-quantity ratio for all parties involved has been achieved.

Phase 4: Final pricing
At the end of the pre-order phase, we determine the final unit price based on the total order quantity of all participants. All customers are informed of the final price by email.

Phase 5: Completion and production
Once the adjustment phase has ended, the ordering process is complete. Production of the total quantity will be initiated and the items will be stored for you. You will receive a completion confirmation with all relevant data relating to your order.
